Project manage the creation of key messaging for Vocational Education and Training across Australia.
The project:
In this large and complex project, I managed the work flow, approvals and processes involved between the Department in Canberra and the Strategic and Creative agency in Brisbane.
It involved multi-level client contact and the meeting of milestones, reporting requirements, budget management and meeting deadlines.
